Effective immediately, VirtualLink management has made the difficult decision that we will be shutting down the business and discontinuing services as of Close of business on Friday June 7th (11:59pm UTC). We understand this will come as sudden news to our subscribers, and we would like to assure everyone that we ourselves had very little notice of the circumstances that led to the decision to close.

The reasons we’ve had to make this decision are simply financial, as a startup, we were relying on product traction, early round investments, and partnerships, and unfortunately there has been a perfect storm of disappointments on all those fronts at once, and we simply cannot afford financially, the on-ramp needed to get the business back on a sustainable path.

Without delving into excuses and blame shifting, we, the founders, would like to simply state that we are sorry for the inconvenience this will cause our customers. We realize our relationship and the product offering were just getting started and that many of you have moved projects to our service. If you have a paid account, you will be receiving a pre-rated refund based on the number of days you had paid for previous to the June 7th shutdown.
